I typed the team name correctly but it wasn't accepted. Why?

We continuously improve spelling tolerance. If you think an answer was wrongly rejected, email us with the player's name and the answer you typed and we'll look into it.

How do I remove ads?

You can remove all ads by purchasing Ad-free Premium from within the app. Purchases are handled securely via the App Store or Google Play.

My premium doesn't appear on another device.

Make sure you're signed in with the same App Store / Google Play account and use "Restore Purchases" in the app. If the issue persists, contact us.

How do I play with a friend?

From the "Play with a Friend" section on the home screen, create a code and share it with your friend; they can join the match by entering that code.

My streak was reset / my points disappeared.

The daily streak resets on days you don't play the game of the day. If you experienced an unexpected loss, contact us with your username.

I want to delete my account and data.
